Missing datetimes in locale files ?

Hello, All!

At
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/docbook/gentext/locale/ru.xml
described changes for datetime contexts (rev. 1.18) but file not
contain any datetime strings.

Datetime strings must be autogenerated from en.xml or I should to
add it manually ?
