Hi Maarten,
I was wondering if you solved the issue described above since I myself
am running into nearly the same. I have the correct page-numbering in my
footers but the chapter entries in the TOC miss the correct page number:
chapter 1 ...... 1-
1.1 foo .........1-1
1.2 bar .........1-3
chapter 2 .......2-
2.1 blah ........2-2
2.2 blubb .......2-4
Perhaps you can give me a hint ...
