PDF forms

Hi,

Is it possible to generate PDF files that contain forms
such that someone reading the PDF can fill out the form?

Since XSL FO does not support forms this could be
implemented either as an extension (like SVG inline
graphics) or by adding some attributes that are
rendering engine specific.
