Am I missing something, or is this a bug?
Given code like the following:
<orderedlist>
<listitem>...</listitem>
</orderedlist>
<orderedlist continuation="continues">
<listitem id="foo">...</listitem>
</orderedlist>
<xref linkend="foo"/> produces "1" as the label text instead of "2",
with the 1.66.1 html-chunk stylesheets, and with the 1.63.1 FO
stylesheets.
