That looks like it should work. What version of the stylesheets are you
using, and what processor are you using?
Regarding the XSL-FO syntax, the ultimate authority is the spec:
http://www.w3.org/TR/xsl/
But I can't recommend it as a learning tool. You might try Dave Pawson's
"XSL-FO" or Ken Holman's "Definitive XSL-FO" books.
