DocBook XSL 1.67.0: profile.xsl still generates 4.2 DTD

Hi,

Is there a reason why profiling/profile.xsl still generates a
<!DOCTYPE> that refers to version 4.2 of the DTD? Shouldn't it refer
to 4.3?
