How do I use HTML2DocBook?

I was really excited about using Jeff Beal's HTML2DocBook stylesheet, and couldn't figure out how.  I guess I need an example of a command to invoke it.  What is the name of the XML file that will be produced?  Or is it just supposed to be directed to a text file?  Is filename parameter the desired output file name or the input file name?

  Sorry if I seem dense about it, but I've been used to norm's docbook to html stylesheets, which specify the name of files chunked...
