Does DocBook XSL support framed HTML output?

Do the DocBook XSL stylesheets support production of chunked output that
includes a navigation frame?

Grepping for "frame" in the stylesheets didn't turn up much except for
some table-related parameters. :-)

Alternatively, does anyone know of a postprocessing tool that'll look
through a directory full of the chunked output files and generate a
navigation frame?
