<editor> tag usage

Hi All,

Following the <editor> content model :

editor ::=

     * One of:
           o Zero or more of:
                 + address
                 + affiliation
                 + contrib
                 + email
                 + personblurb
           o Zero or more of:
                 + address
                 + affiliation
                 + contrib
                 + email
                 + orgdiv
           o orgname
           o personname

I am not clear on how to simply have this information -firstname, 
surname, email, orgname & address.

(I know this isn't correct):

<editor>
				<personname>
				<firstname> Jane. </firstname>
				<surname>Doe</surname>
				</personname>
				<email></email>
				<affiliation>
					<orgname>University of Nowhere</orgname>
					<address>Annapolis, MD 21061</address>
				</affiliation>
			</editor>
