xml-xsl/1.67.2/fo linking indexterms to their targets

Hi,

I have a question concerning the index generation for html and fo output.

The html generated index contains a link back to the target of the indexterm,
the fo output does not.

I would have expected, that the pagenumber listed behing the indexterm
contains a link to the appropriate section in the document.

Is it possible to achive this behaviour with an auto generated index  or is it
rather tricky ?
