Re: [docbook-apps] xml-xsl/1.67.2/fo linking indexterms to their targets

The problem appears to be FOP.  If you wrap a fo:basic-link around a
fo:page-citation, you don't get a hot link on the generated page number.  If
you replace the fo:page-citation with actual text, it works.  I would file
that as a bug against fop.
