Turn OFF bibliography title

Hi All,

I've been spending too much time trying to do something seemingly easy 
:  Turn OFF the bibliography title.

Any suggestions?

I have (no <title> at all):

<bibliography>
     <bibliomixed>
         <bibliomisc>Alfonso, A., Grundahl, K., McManus, J. .....

However the "Bibiography" title appears in both PDF and HTML output.
