The cause is a problem at Sourceforge. I can't connect to
Sourceforge cvs from the build host -
ssh: connect to host cvs.sourceforge.net port 22: Connection refused
As soon as Sourceforge corrects the problem, the snapshot builds
will start working again. Until then, nothing I can do from my end
