0.93 does generate hyperlinks in your pdf index.

 

Incidentally, I've found 0.93 to be very useful.  It 
won't

do everything the XEP or Antenna House can do, but I 
did

find that it's a lot better than 0.20.5 and is 
definitely

worth a look if you can't use a commercial 
processor.

  doesn't look too good for the 0.20.5 version of FOP. Perhaps the 0.93 version
