Example Element Title Text Replacement

docbook-xml-5.0, docbook-xsl-ns-1.73.2, oxygen-9.1.0 (eclipse-3.3.2  
plugin)

Need to replace HTML and FO transformed <example> element title text  
from "Example" to "Box" in both index and body.

Help please.
