Hello Bob,

Thanks, it's work good for pdf, but for html I need to copy
images/callouts to destination directory where html file will be
placed. Is there any solution for automating copying of images?

Also, I try to use Unicode characters instead of images using
<xsl:param name="callout.unicode" select="1"/>
<xsl:param name="callout.graphics" select="0"/>
but I got an "unknown symbol" (square) both in pdf and html.
