HTML elements in DocBook

Hello, list.

I'm experiencing strange issues with HTML elements in html namespace. xsltproc shows this error:

Element input in namespace 'http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml' encountered in entry, but no template matches.

while processing following code:

<entry><html:input type="button" xmlns:html="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" /></entry>

I think something's wrong in my customization layer. Any suggestions?
