Sun Java, 64 bit, core dump?

Getting rather regular recently.
I'm on Linux if it makes a difference.

I run docbook transforms using Ant.
xInclude, Validate, transform to html.
I can do it half a dozen times then
I get a core dump.
Rebooting or log-off/-on seems
to cure it for a while.

Today it was using a transform in oXygen.
Ran fine for most of the day, then a core
dump, again on the transform.

Anyone else seeing this please?
