Chunking and custom.css.source ?

Hello,

What should I be doing to get the CSS from a custom.css.source file to be picked up in chunked HTML?

Works fine for plain (non-chunked) HTML output with 1.76.1.

Mail from last April makes it sound like there might have been a bug, http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/docbook-apps/201104/msg00012.html
