Hi Lars,
I'm not 100% sure what the best way is to handle this, but there is an attribute list named table.properties. I'd suggest adding the font-size attribute to that attribute list and seeing what happens. It seems like this is a reasonably isolated attribute list, but if it works, I would still check to make sure there aren't side effects (like changing the font size on other structures that happen to use table).
