Hi Rob,

In DocBook lingo, note/caution/warning/important are all called
"admonitions"/"admons".

So, for XSL-FO/PDF output, take a look at the attribute-sets:
* admonition.properties
* admonition.title.properties

for HTML, there is a param named
admon.style
which might help you.
