Re: [docbook-apps] Parameter reference source

It looks like the source of the old reference is in
https://github.com/docbook/xslt10-stylesheets/tree/master/xsl/params.
I think it would make sense to build that and present it using GH
pages (gh-pages branch).

For now, we can browse around in the DocBook source, which helps.
