Re: DOCBOOK: DocBook for OASIS TC Meeting

The OASIS TC meetings were originally and inadequately
scheduled for Friday only.  We've managed to get enough
time for them all by stretching them out through the
week (and Regrep will meet on Friday, too), but the
final schedule has indeed been announced far too late.

Not Eduardo's fault, though.
