Re: DocBook V4.0beta4

Hi Norm,  I just ran DocBook 4 Beta 4 through my mill and found just one problem that I thought we had resolved.  I asked that IndexTerms be allowed in Highlights.  We had a bit of discussion on this.  Terry was concerned because he remembered that the Highlights element was to be a cooked representation of topics covered in the book component.  But our writers use it as an authored abstract- of-the-chapter.  I agree that it's a little weird to have IndexTerms in Highlights, but what can I say -- authors are weird.  So can you change DocBook 4 to allow them?  Thanks for making the other changes I requested, such as allowing weird things in literals.  (We use Literals in a slightly, er, nonstandard way.)  As usual, Norm, thanks for getting this done.  Michael
