Calling the question on DocBook V4.0

As approved by the committee at the face to face meeting in San Jose,
The Chair calls the following question:

  Resolved: we shall remove all references to "beta6" from
  DocBook V4.0beta6, release it officially as DocBook V4.0 (in
  both SGML and XML formats), and request that The Board put it
  to a vote of the members for approval as an OASIS Standard.

Would all voting members please respond Yea or Nay before
17:00EDT on 20 April 2000. Please send your votes to *both* the
DocBook TC mailing list and The Chair personally, please, in
order to avoid any undue delay by OASIS mail servers.
