[docbook-tc] Non-minutes for 16 Oct 2001

Hmm, I failed to send an agenda and you all (Nancy excepted :-) failed
to come. I guess that proves you really do have to build it if you
want them to come :-)

A couple of notes:

1. We will not meet officially at XML 2001, there's no possibility
   that we'll achieve quorum.

2. Sabine, can you schedule a telcon for us in December instead?
   I suggest Tuesday 18 Dec 2001.

See you all on 20 Nov 2001. And this time I'll remember to send an
agenda.
