Amendment to minutes of November 16

I believe the minutes of the 16 Nov 2005 TC meeting should be amended
as follows:

  5b. Moving DocBook 4.5 forward

  Norm reports that there have been no bugs reported on V4.5CR1.
  General consensus that it's been used and tested.

  Proposal: publish DocBook V4.5CR1 as a Committee Specification and
  ask the OASIS TC Administrator to advance it for adoption as an
  OASIS Standard.

  Voting yes: Steve, Gary, Dick, Nancy, Scott, Jirka, Larry, Bob, Norman
  Voting no: none

  Accepted by unanimous consent.

Does anyone feel that amendment is inaccurate?
