DocBook 4.5 version

Hi,
Is there a version of DocBook 4.5 DTD that does not have the CR1 label on
it?  I can't seem to find it if we do.

We approved 4.5CR1 as a Committee Specification at the 20 July 2005 TC
meeting, and it completed the public review in October without any
comments, so I think that should enable us to remove the CR1 label on it.
At this point it is a Committee Specification that is being put forth as an
OASIS specification.
