I have to send regrets as I'll be on an airplane.
I still don't like tasks and topics in docbook.
I'm still not happy about allowing info in HTML tables.
I thought we already decided caption doesn't go into
CALS tables, and that caption was only put into the
DTD because it's in HTML tables. If you want what
is logically a caption in a CALS table, you use title.
That's what my recommendation would be.
