Changing the TC meeting time

Our current meeting time was established when we had members in Japan,
Europe, and on the east and west coasts of the United States. Now that
we only cover Europe and the United States, we could probably find a time
that's more friendly to our European members.

At the meeting today, we discussed moving the telcon time earlier to 
01:00p EDT (10:00a PDT, 17:00GMT, 18:00BST, 19:00CEST, 02:00JST+, 10:30p India) 

We'd still meet on the third Wednesday of each month.

Is there anyone who would find that inconvenient?
