next DocBook TC meeting is Tuesday, not Wednesday

Hi,
I just wanted to remind everyone on the DocBook TC that the next meeting
will take place on **Tuesday 17 February** instead of the usual Wednesday
date.  Please mark your calendars.

It turns out that I must give regrets as I will be travelling that day.
