Ballots Passed

This is official notification that the ballots to approve DocBook v5.0  
as a Committee Specification and to submit for OASIS Standard ballot  
have passed. The next step is to submit a request for OASIS Standard  
ballot on or before the 15th of the month; the ballot will run the  
last half of the following month. (i.e. submit by 15 June, ballot runs  
16-31 July)

The submission request needs to contain the full list of items (a - k)  
as outlined in the TC Process Section 3.4 http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/process.php#OASISstandard
