Outdated info on the web

Hi folks,

Alex Brown pointed out that there are no official links to DocBook V4.5
a V5 standards. We should update at least the following pages:

OASIS TC homepage:
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=docbook
Section technical work produced by the committee should list:
DocBook V5.0 OASIS Standard
DocBook V4.5 OASIS Standard

DocBook V5.0 OASIS Standard needs to be published. It was successfully
balloted, but committee specification
(http://docbook.org/specs/docbook-5.0-spec-cs-01.html) was not
appropriately modified.

Other pages that should be updated:

It's really bad marketing and PR if even proper spec is not out and
can't be found!
