Re: [docbook-tc] Very rough proposal for DocBook transclusions

Two comments from me Jirka.
I'm not entirely happy about driving docbook markup by todays tools
and their capability. I think the attribute version seems 'right'.

What purpose does <application><ref .../> serve?

I'd prefer a variant on the 'ref' name if it needs to be disambiguated.
Especially with such a long element name as 'application'.. which
seems more process oriented rather than semantic?
