Hi Chet,

no I don't mean http://docs.oasis-open.org/docbook/xml/5.0/rng/docbook.rng

Original URLs starting with http://www.oasis-open.org/... are referenced
in DocBook standard, they are (as any URL) supposed to be permanent, so
others can reference it for ages. They are used in catalog files, tools
are emitting such URLs into wild etc.

I made some investigation, and it seems that location of DocBook
resources changed between DocBook V5.0 CS1 and CS2, see:

http://docs.oasis-open.org/docbook/specs/docbook-5.0-spec-cs-01.html

and

http://docs.oasis-open.org/docbook/specs/docbook-5.0-spec-cs-02.html

namely link "The DocBook RELAX NG Schema is distributed from the
***DocBook site*** at OASIS" in the section "2. The DocBook RELAX NG
Schema".

Please copy missing content to www.oasis-open.org if you have rights for
doing it.
