RFE 301 3599576 'info' wrapper element for processing title page elements

I just exchanged email with Dave Gardiner about this RFE, and he agrees with the assessment of the TC that we should not add an info wrapper or allow multiple info wrappers.

So, I added a note to the RFE saying this. However, it appears that I do not have permission in the system to change the status of RFEs (at least as far as I can tell, being unfamiliar with the new RFE ticket system). So, if someone with permissions can close out the ticket, we'll be set.
