Fwd: [docbook] DocBook V5.1CR2 released

Hi folks,
I just wanted to remind you that Norm released DocBook 5.1 CR2 which we
will be discussing at our next DocBook TC meeting on 15 January.  I urge
everyone to download it and give it a try to see if we can shake out any
bugs.  We are getting close!
