Bug fixes post-PRD

Hi Chet,

As you'd expect in software development, we've found a schema bug just
after sending the package to you. If I understand the process
correctly, we'd have to have another vote to republish different
schemas as a PRD. I don't want to wait for that.

Can we simply go forward with the PRD and treat this bug as a "found
in the public comment period" thing?

What do you recommend?
