Meeting notes 24 June 2015

Hello all,

Larry, Dick, Scott, and I met today. I'm not sure that's quorate and I
failed to send an agenda in Bob's absence so lots of #fail on my part.

1. I've been in the UK for three weeks and so haven't finished the
disposition-of-comments document that Chet needs. Will try to get that
out this week or early next.

2. The W3C has approved XInclude 1.1 to go back to CR. If you're
interested in implementing it, the details are here:
http://www.w3.org/TR/xinclude-11/ I'll put together a test suite "real
soon now" then all an implmentation needs to do is claim passage of
the test suite. It isn't required to be an open source or publicly
available implementation.

3. Next meeting is scheduled for 15 July but we have some regrets.
Will send email to consider rescheduling early in July.
