Generating new schema

Hi folks,
I have action from June for generating new schema containing changes we agreed on June meeting. I can do this on my machine but in order to get proper release out I need to sort out access issues to docbook.org with Norm. I was, I still am and I will be  on holidays for most of summer so it takes time. I'm sorry about this and I hope I will be able to prepare and publish new beta release of schema before September meeting.
