DocBook V5.2b01 release

Hi folks,

with big help from Norm, I have been able to publish schemas for V5.2b01 at

http://docbook.org/xml/5.2b01/

Please look at them, if you have time. If you think all is fine, I can
announce new release on DocBook mailing list.

P.S. docbook.org is missing some older releases, including 5.1 -- this
is known issue, and I hope me or Norm will be able to address this in
foreseable future.
