The DocBook Technical Committee met on Wednesday, 14 March 2018

(11am PDT, 12noon MDT, 1pm CDT, 2pm EDT, and 8pm CEST)

a: Larry: See if we can use Jirka's suggested RDFa vocabulary

for license links for the examples Larry identified. CONTINUED.



b. All: Look for other example (e.g., Flickr) and try

out the license link vocabulary.

Dick reviewed RDFa, and seems to cover what would be needed from publishing point of view.



c. Jirka: Update schema for 5.2 to allow zero or more instances of

type as described in Github issue 91. COMPLETED.

d. Bob to follow up with Chet regarding Errata 01 approval. CONTINUED.



e. Scott to update TC home page to reflect Errata 01. COMPLETED. Will revise link once approved.



f.   Bob to update Docbook.org to reflect Errata 01. Will revise link once approved.



g.  Scott to send update to social media about Errata 01. COMPLETED.



h. Scott to follow up with Bob on schema availability. COMPLETED.



i. Larry to follow up with user on github issue to confirm usability of Subfigures solution before we accept it for 5.2 (Github issue 94)

j. Scott to follow up with Jirka to add buildtarget element (Github issue 6). COMPLETED.

ACTION: Jirka will prepare a new release.



k. Scott to follow up with Jirka to close Github issue 49. COMPLETED.



l. Bob to follow up with Jirka to close Github issue 54.



m. Bob to follow up with Norm on Github issue 72. COMPLETED.



n. Bob to follow up with OASIS to publish Github issue 78. CONTINUED.



o. Scott to follow up with Jirka on Github issue 88. COMPLETED. Fix in place.

6. Status of the DocBook v5.0 Errata document.

                Public review started 21 February 2018 at 00:00 UTC and ends 07 March 2018 at 11:59 UTC.

                No comments received.



ACTION:  Bob to fix the catalog as part of the 5.0 Errata 01



7. Social media presence for DocBook

Purpose: To raise awareness of actions (votes, calls for information, etc.)

Scott has access to @docbook on Twitter
