Review of open action items

Test v5.2 b11 (  https://github.com/docbook/docbook/pull/218

)
STATUS: Bob finished testing of the latest 5.2 schema, so if there are not any other issues we can issue an informal beta to the mailing list for further input and review  before we create the OASIS product.
b.
Time to send to the schema to the list and get feedback. Refer people to the stylesheets that Norm has updated for processing.
c.
Norm to package as v5.2 Candidate 1, notify the TC to review before sending to public.
Social media presence for

DocBook
Purpose: To raise awareness of actions (votes, calls for information, etc.)

Announce v5.2RC1 to the mailing list for further input (see 3b)

Remaining items for v5.2 Committee Spec
Proposed an optional attribute of  namespace (or ns or nsref)  to all the syntactic elements (the new ones as well as the existing ones like variable and constant) including namespace, since namespaces can  contain other namespaces.
The namespace attribute should point at an xml:id on a namespace element.
Beta 12 incorporated packagesynopsis, so will add a packageref (see issue 229)

Embedding an indexterm inside indexterm/primary  or indexterm/secondary should not be allowed
Status: nested indexterm is not meaningful. Should use xref to refer to other terms. ACTION: Document that it should not be done, but flag that it will be deprecated in  v6.0 (if that ever happens).

Adopt the @class="legal" for all of the sect levels, but let's leave unresctricted. Allow extension through the @class="other" and @otherclass attributes. Either section in legalnotice,  or as a regular section with the class attribute would be considered.
