DocBook 5.2 public review completed

The public review of
DocBook 5.2 has been completed, and there were no comments
submitted about the DocBook 5.2 schema.  There was one comment
about documentation, which Norm Walsh has addressed in DocBook:
The Definitive Guide.  Therefore we can proceed with the next
steps to confirm DocBook 5.2 as an OASIS Standard.
