DOCBOOK: Where to submit DocBook language support files?

Hello, 
	I would like to ask who is the proper person to submit
language translations of DocBook.

	Also, what files would that person want? Would s/he be
ok with the files described in http://www.docbook.org/faq.html#AEN297 ?
