Egon Willighagen's example illustrates very nicely the use of
biblioentry (raw) instead of bibliomixed (cooked).  This was
our original design, and it should work great for consistent
material for which you can generate the correct punctuation
and don't have to stick in words to help explain exceptions 
to the consistent entries.  Thanks, Egon.
