DOCBOOK: laquo & raquo

Hi!

	I'm customizing Norm's stylesheets and I want to change de " quotes of
the quote mark to 姣. I love these quotes and they are very used in
Spanish printing. I've got a little problem: I've put the following code
in my stylesheets (print and html):

(define %gentext-es-start-quote% (dingbat "laquo"))
(define %gentext-es-end-quote% (dingbat "raquo"))

I invoke jade with the next answer:

$ jade -t sgml -ihtml -d ../../Utils/hispafuentes.dsl\#html

	Am I doing something wrong?

	BTW, I observated some strange behavior of some entities like &trade;
and &hellip; in html output. My browser is Netscape 4.72. I don't make
concluyent tests. I'll do it if I get some time.
	BTW-2, this is for Norman: I've observated that some tags at
common/dbl1es.ent are empty or untraslated. Do you know the reason?
Maybe I could help to fix some of them.
