DOCBOOK: Documenting options to commands

Hi,

I can see how to use <cmdsynopsis> to document the form of a command, but I
then want to describe all the command flags etc.

How would I do that?

I would like something like:

   -s someval

   Some description of this option ...

   -y someother val

   Some description etc ...
