DOCBOOK: <ulink>...</unlink> seems not to work

Hi,

I am trying to use the <ulink> tag so that the HTML version has links that
users can click on, but they seem not to work.

I am using the RH6.2 version of DocBook (Jade, Tetex, etc ...)
