DOCBOOK: Cute little Note, Warning, etc icons are missing

Hi,

I notice that there are nice little icons with the DocBook book, and when I
generate HTML, there is a stylesheet directory created with nice icons in
it, but they do not appear on my document.

What do I have to do to rectify that?
